You can make a reservation online via the form on our website or by calling the GB Rent hotline. The process is quick and straightforward—just select the vehicle class, rental period, and any additional options.
To complete the rental agreement, you need a valid ID or passport and a driving license that has been issued for at least one year.
GB Rent does not have a strict age limit. However, your driving license must have been issued at least one year prior.
When booking, you choose the vehicle class, not a specific model. If you have a preference for a particular car, contact us—if it’s available, we’ll do our best to meet your request.
Yes, short-term rentals are available starting from a single day. This is a great option for weekend getaways or quick business trips.
No. At GB Rent, you rent a car with unlimited mileage, giving you complete freedom to travel.
Yes, a credit card is required to secure the deposit for most vehicles in the GB Rent fleet. If you don’t have a credit card, please contact our team— in exceptional cases, we may be able to find an alternative solution.
The amount of the deposit depends on the car class and is blocked on a credit card. After the rental ends, the deposit is refunded if the car is returned in good condition. Please note that we cannot control when the bank releases the funds—it may take anywhere from a few to several days, depending on the institution.
Payment is made at the time of booking and requires a payment card. We do not accept cash payments, and the security deposit is blocked exclusively on a credit card.
The ticket should be paid according to the instructions included in the payment notice. The standard payment deadline is 7 days from the date you receive it.
Each vehicle comes with basic insurance coverage (third-party liability, comprehensive, and personal accident insurance). If you want to avoid additional charges in the event of unforeseen incidents, you can choose an Additional Package that significantly reduces your financial liability.
In the event of technical issues or a road incident, please contact the GB Rent hotline immediately. We provide 24/7 support and roadside assistance. If necessary, we will also arrange a replacement vehicle.
It depends on the type of warning light:
- Red – stop immediately in a safe place and contact the GB Rent hotline. The vehicle requires roadside assistance.
- Yellow – indicates a warning. You can usually continue driving to a service center, but you should contact our team as soon as possible.
- If a message appears indicating that oil or other fluids need to be topped up, please contact us before taking any further action.
The car is provided clean, fully fueled, and in perfect technical condition. Upon return, we expect the same fuel level and cleanliness. If you’re unable to return the car clean, you can use our additional cleaning service.
A late return will result in an additional charge in accordance with the current price list. If you anticipate any difficulty returning the car on time, we recommend contacting our team in advance to avoid unnecessary costs.
Yes, this is possible. You need to inform us before signing the rental agreement, provide the additional driver’s documents, and pay the applicable fee.
Yes, all vehicles are serviced exclusively at authorized Bemo Group service centers. Additionally, they undergo regular technical inspections to ensure the highest level of safety and comfort.
