Each vehicle comes with basic insurance coverage (third-party liability, comprehensive, and personal accident insurance). If you want to avoid additional charges in the event of unforeseen incidents, you can choose an Additional Package that significantly reduces your financial liability.

What should I do in case of a breakdown or an accident?

In the event of technical issues or a road incident, please contact the GB Rent hotline immediately. We provide 24/7 support and roadside assistance. If necessary, we will also arrange a replacement vehicle.

A warning light is on in the car (e.g. engine light). Can I continue driving?

It depends on the type of warning light:

Red – stop immediately in a safe place and contact the GB Rent hotline. The vehicle requires roadside assistance.
Yellow – indicates a warning. You can usually continue driving to a service center, but you should contact our team as soon as possible.
If a message appears indicating that oil or other fluids need to be topped up, please contact us before taking any further action.
